We are looking for more great people to join our growing team in Malta.
Our Customer Support team provides customer support (B2B, B2C) through e-mail and over the phone.
You will assist online merchants and consumers with payments, answer questions regarding the services, back-office tools and you will also identify any improvements that can be made and suggest how these can be implemented.
This is a full time position with a diverse work schedule covering Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. We will provide the necessary tools and training you need to reach top performance and at the same time develop as an individual.
You have previous experience from customer support or similar. You are fluent in written and spoken English as well as Swedish or Spanish. Your are open, positive, tech ”savvy” and you know how to combine quality and speed in your work.
